Threat grid hardware appliance - Inactive Users or Remove/Delete users

Hello,

I am trying to set some users from the "organization" that we have to inactive.

However we are taking the following error: 

An error occurredWe encountered an error undefined from the server. Please refresh to try again.

Also when I am trying to remove the user from the API, again I am not able to do it because of a "404".

Can you please help?

In general, users on TG can only be set to inactive and not deleted.

Since you are seeing errors setting them to inactive, this may require a TAC case to investigate into the errors seen.
