Unable to open exported certificate

Hi All, 

I have exported cisco SSL and receiving cert from Ces gateway Gui, however while opening at client side they are facing incorrect password.I

tried to export 2-3 times with same password and every time at other end same issue. What could be the issue here.

have you tried using openssl to parse the cert with the password ?

For that there's a another team. My concern is it anything need to check at Ces end ?
