Unable to Perform System Update Cisco ESA 300V

Hi,

I'm trying to do a system update to a 300V appliance. I go to the System Update menu. Click on the Upgrade Options... button. The system then starts and completes the health check. Once done I click on the Upgrade button. Then I get this error: "Error - Failure downloading upgrade list."

I'm not sure where to go from here this has always worked in the past.

What version are you running? And is it still supported? If its not supported, they may have removed any upgrade paths from it.
You may need to open a TAC case to get that sorted.
