Unable to SSH to CES CLI with Public Key Authentication

Hello All,

I have followed the instructions for generating private secure shell (SSH) keys and supplied TAC with my corresponding public key.  I have configured PuTTy to connect to the correct proxy (f10-ssh.c3s2.iphmx.com) and all other options yet when I attempt to connect I get a PuTTY Fatal Error

No supported authentication methods available (server sent:publickey)

I have supplied TAC with numerous public keys and have tried connecting from various networks, (ie office and home)

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Keith

TAC should be able to help troubleshoot and validate settings on putty used to connect to the proxy.

The error seen can be as a result of the key being bad as well a misconfiguration on putty.

The below article can be used to validate configuration.
