Dear support

i am trying update the security profile but i reach all connect to server and failed to update dns is configured and the appliance can reach the internet what i can do ,

Do you have any upgade recently ?

what is the version of code, check what Interface using to connect to internet.

check updates and upgrade able to :

Hi,

   Check this document to see which FQDN's are bing used for updates; from ESA CLI, verify that you can resolve those FQDN's and can route to it; also if you have any upstream device which might perform egress filtering (like firewalls), ensure these devices allow that traffic.

   Afterwards, from ESA CLI you can run command "update now force" and look in the logs to see errors via command "tail updater_logs".
