Alerts - Can I get some?

We have had AMP for about 6 months now and we don't get alerts for anything important.
For "Announcement Preferences" I am subscribed to everything.
- Critical Issues
- Product Updates
- Important Issues
- Information

Every now and then I get an email that Endpoint updates are available. However I do not get notifications about systems being isolated or new risks found. I would say those fall under Critical Issues or Important Issues.

Is there anything else that needs turned on to get alerts for stuff like this?

Yes, assuming email is what you're looking for...
Go to Events. In the filter window, select all of the "security events" you want an alarm on... check each section in that list...
Then, in the bottom right of that window, click on the "Not Subscribed" button and set it to Immediate, and then save the filter.

Thank you I'll try that. Seems like a round about way of doing it but now that I know about it, it makes sense.
