Sourcefire - Malware cloud lookup fails with 'cloud lookup timeout'

Dear All,

Need your assiatance 

I am not able to download and install latest updates from my Source fire defense center. More over when I tried to block malware threats by keeping its hash value in custom detection list,it is not blocking same malware as it says cloud lookup time has been expired and also when new malware is detected by defence centre, it is not blocked .It simply says cloud look up time out in action. however my defense center is able to reach  internet

The best course of action would be to open a TAC case so you can submit a troubleshoot file and have an Engineer look through the logs for issues with the cloud connection.
