Hello everyone,
We are using Cisco Room Kit Mini & Cisco Room Kit and we would like to use it as personal room.
To be more specific, we would like to to connect the camera directly to a laptop and take control using type c cable and HDMI.
The question is: In order to use the above divices, does it required for any license for using as a personal room?

The Mini (and the newer Webex Room Bar) support USB passthrough natively, you can do what you're suggesting no problem - the camera, mic, and speakers on the Mini will be selectable as peripherals using the USB-C cable. The Room Kit does not natively support this, however. Cisco does have a solution here though, you'll need a USB capture device and new enough software to support it. Take a look at this link, this will have all of the information you need. https://roomos.cisco.com/macros/USB%20Mode%20Version%202

Hello @gchatzis ! Regarding licensing requirements, it's advisable to check the specific terms and conditions outlined by Cisco for your devices and associated software. Some video conferencing systems may have licensing considerations, especially when used in a business or enterprise setting.Understanding the licensing aspects will help ensure compliance and a smooth experience with your Cisco Room Kit Mini and Cisco Room Kit setup.
I agree with the @PJMack that you should see the update here https://roomos.cisco.com/macros/USB%20Mode%20Version%202!
