I am in the Starter Edition Demo. I request a Virtual Machine from Template and it does not work. It stops with a ServiceLink error. Is there anyone available that can let me know if this is a permanent problem or the state of this demo before I try it in front of the customer?

You have an error on "View Transactions->Messages" tab in ServiceLink, right ?
Message details should contain usefull information. There can be different issues with web service interaction between CCP and CPO: issue with dns name; ip access issue; issue with security configuration (credentials for web service call); version of processes on Tidal side ( process name, input parameters).

We were unable to really troubleshoot this.
Failures in LabGear demo are short-lived because the environment vanishes quickly.
Erly was able to move forward with a 3.1 demo rather than a Starter Edition demo, but both should be working.
