7942G unable to change user name

I have an issue with Cisco IP 7942G Phones,  im unable to change user name , using the Cisco Unity Express Toool

Any help hwo can i achieve this task

Wrong forum, post in "IP telephony". You can move your post using the actions panel on the right.
