Hi,
Hope someone can help me on this. Below are the CME and CUE versions as well as the FW load of the SIP3911
> CME - version 8.6
> CUE - version 8.6.3
> SIP3911 - FW Load SIP3951.8-1-2SR1
Issue: Whenever an incoming call goes through the Auto-Attendant of the CUE and transferred to a hunt-group parallel (which will ring the phones within the hunt-group). SIP 3911 phones within the hunt-group is receiving 2 calls from the same number, this prevents the user to transfer the call to another user since the 3911 can only handle 2 simultaneous call. If the caller's number is 2116677 then you can see from the SIP 3911 that there are 2 calls from 2116677, this is not the same case for the 7960 SCCP Phones which are also members of the same hunt-group. We are experienccing it only on the 3911s.
Attachments: Attached is the trace I have gathered. Call is from extension 7028 to the pilot number of the Auto-Attendant which is 4000. The the caller presses option 3 in the AA to be transferred to the parallel hunt-group with pilot number 7998 which was eventually answered by extension 7039. Logs are debug ccsip messages and debug ccsip calls.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
thanks!
