Dears
We have 2xPRI lines configured with 2x Voice Gateway and we have 3 digits extensions running fine.
Now we are having another PRI line and going to configure new voice gateway for 4 digits extension. Now need to convert all existing 3 digits extensions to 4 digits. Could anyone have any idea about to convert the 3 digits ext to 4 digits.
we are having 900 extensions.
Thanks

This has been discussed in many threads in the past, you need to use BAT.

If u have new PRI line with 900 DID then you can either use translation pattern to convert the pattern coming from VG to 3
digit extesnions in CUCM or enable the significant digit to 3 on gateway and confiigure 3 digit extensions on CUCM

Yes, Abid is right why you unnecessarily changing all the existing number to four digit, just create a translation pattern like 72XX to 2XX
everything work smoothly
