Hi Justin.
From this debug I can see that the call has been disconnected immediately.
Can you confirm it?
please also add these to commands in your config
voice call disc-pi-off
voice call convert-discpi-to-prog
Let me know
Regards
Carlo

I already add on voice call disc-pi-off .
but what's the "voice call convert-discpi-to-prog" for ?
09-03-2014 06:32 AM
and also do you think we remove the " service mcid" will help ?
dial-peer voice 1 pots
description **** Inbound Calls****
service mcid
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15
09-03-2014 06:40 AM
HI Justin
That could help
Regarding voice call convert-discpi-to-prog is to change the diconnect message to progress in order to try to send the call status to the CUCM when a disconnect arrives from PSTN

thanks a lot .
and also maybe I will try change this above timer "param mcid-release-timer" to 10 seconds instead of 30seconds and then see whether now the calls disconnect after 10seconds, which confirms that the issue is with MCID.

Yes.
Also try that and pleas let me know
