We are facing a problem on some of our remote sites in which we have to dial 3-4 times to make a call from 3905 ip phone, where as other models on these sites, like 8941, are perfectly fine and no issue.
If we reboot 3905 phone then first 4-5 calls work, and after that if we try any more calls, again same issue appears.
During this issue Phones remain registered with CUCM perfectly fine. We are using CUCM 10.5 and phone firmware version is 9.4.1
Please suggest some solution if some has experienced it and found a solution to this issue.
Just wanted to update here that issue is resolved by updating 3905 model handsets firmware version from 9.4.1 to 9.4(1)SR2 (latest current available version) so if some other person also facing this issue, should consider firmware upgrade.
