3905 SRST Issues

Hello everyone

We have a problem with the phones model 3905 from a remote site of our end customer.

When the WAN link of this site is unavailable, phones register without problems at the local voice gateway (a ISR model 2901).

The problem occurs when the WAN link is retrieved, some phones re-register with CUCM, while others remain registered at the local voice gateway (this happens randomly).

The phones that remain registered in the voice gateway only re-register with CUCM if they disconnect and plug in their network cable (phone reset).

Searching the problem we find a Bug CSCuj04191, which informs that in firmware version 9.4 (1) the problem is solved.

We updated the phones to the latest available version (9-4-1SR2-2), but the problem persists.

Any other ideas of what can be done in this problem?
