3rd Party reporting tool for Call manager

Hi,

I am searching for a good 3rd party reporting software that can integrate with call manager 11.x platform and provide real time customized reports on phone inventory, associated extensions, voicemail, etc. I came across uplinx and unimax reporting tools. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with those two tools or know of any other good reporting tool.

I use Uplinx all the time for discovery and documentation purposes at my customers and their reporting tool is very good. I have not come across a better one. You can also try it without a license for evaluation.
