4321 with FXO cards

Dears

i m proposing 4321 router as a branch CME to replace 2800 series, currently we are using VIC2 -2FXO and VIC2-4FXO card in the 2800 series routers, can i use those old cards on the 4321 or i have to order new NIM-2FXO and NIM-4FXO,
