6921 does not show line text label

Hello Team,

In the documentation for the 6921 it cleary states that the second line will show the line text label when the phone is idle.

But in practice this information is not shown and users will not be able to see their line numer, consediring the the 1st line, top rigth corner will show the External Phone number mask.

Is this a known bug, on the 6921 firmware or a documentation bug?
