Unity Connection upload cert error - unable to generate a hashname

Hi All

I tried to upload the Exchange Public key to Unity Connection-Trust folder but got the following error.

"Certificate upload failed, unable to generate a hashname"

I convert the certificate from CER to PEM format before I upload.

I upload the same certificate to Tomcat-Trust without an issue

i have the same problem.

after upgrading from 10.5(1) to 10.5(1)SU1 my exchange sync did not work anymore.

after troubleshooting i found out that the Connection-Trust Certificate disapeared.

i am not able to upload it again with the same error.

i got sure that the ca cert is in PEM format.

for me it looks like a bug.

as a workaround you can disable "Validate Certificates for Exchange Servers"

and change   Protocol Used to Communicate with Domain Controllers

to "LDAP"
