Hi Pros,
Just want to run by you before I open a TAC case.
I am having 6941 IP phone running firmwares 9.1.2 with CCM 8.5.1.12900-7.
The issue is when I try to access to access services it says Error! services unavailable.
I have tried with firmware 9.1.1 and also 8.5.4 (it doesnt downgrade to 8.5.4 so couldnt verify).
If there is any workaround let me know please. The services are working for the 79xx phones.
