7821 phone registration on CUCM 6.1

Any ideas i have a cisco 7821 ip phone am trying to register it as sip phone on cucm 6.1 because it's type is not stated and i created security & sip profile for it  it took IP & got TFTP file and in but it doesn't register it keeps on registration in progress. when i open settings from phone in tftp ip of cucm is written however it's not registering

You need to upgrade to a release that supports that phone model, or to use only phone models that are supported on your version.

i think it can work as sip device ?
