We have few 7821 SIP phones which suddenly started having problems...these phones will ring continuously but no one is calling!!! They also lose dial tone!!! Once you reset (power cycle) the phone, they work fine. Has anyone come across same symptoms? Any fixes? Thanks

it seems like happening on 7800 model of SIP phones. Currently, I do not have accurate info on the display but these phones have shared lines. Also, when these symptoms occur, phone is registered in call manager (like a normal) phone but user told us it 'dead'!!! I am assuming they are saying there is no dial tone.
