i cannot register conferencing station 7832 on CUCM 10.5.2 , i have a provisioning status failed on the web portal . please, can some one help with this issue a, it's doesn't work even by manually forcing the provisioning on the phone.

You bought a phone meant to be used with 3rd party PBX, not with CUCM, that's the problem.

That's correct, you got the 3PCC (3rd party call control) model

What is the exact CUCM release? and have you installed the required DevPack?

running in 10.5.2.15900-8 and i installed the last DEV PACK cmterm-devicepack10.5.2.17139-1

i have some errors in the traces for .cfg and .xml downloads from tftp . looks like the file is not found; i forced the provisioning manually for the files:
SIPDefault.cnf
SEPDefault.cnf
and
SEPXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml.sgn.
unfortunately i get the same errors

that means, there are two models, 7832 meant to be used with cucm and 7832-3pcc with third party ipbx ?
