7841 phones not displaying settings button

Hi all

We have recently installed a bunch of 7841 phones, however for some reason, logged in our out, they cannot access the admin settings on the applications softkey, I have the same phone and mine is fine.

The settings are enabled on the phone in cucm.

Any ideas ?

Try to check the box "Override Enterprise/Common Phone Profile Settings" in front of Settings Access [Enable it] and reset after saving it. Make sure to reset it and not restart.
