7911G custom background

i have ip phone 7911  and wants to change the background image, i followed the steps here:

but no new images added in the phone menu, please help me.

Hi,

Ensure the PNG files comply with the format guidelines that are listed in the guide. If the images are not of that particular size as mentioned in the doc, it doesn't turn up in the phone background list. Also try restarting the TFTP server on which you have uploaded the custom background files.

Can you SSH into your CUCM and post the content of the directory /Desktops/95x34x. Also i would like to see the content of the List.xml file in that directory. Check this thread
