7921 call fades out with UC520

We have a UC520 with a single 7921 wireless IP phone. at aprox the 10 min mark calls become one way. Internal users cannot hear the outside party. The outside party can hear the internal user.

Any ideas what may cause this?

Which exact IOS do you have ?

UC500 Software (UC500-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(11)X

Recommend you upgrade to 12.4(11)XJ4, if still problems, you will have to contact the TAC.
