Hi all,
I just got a new 7921G we don't have any other WIFI Phone. I am not the owner of the IPPHONE network and I don't have any experience with CISCO IPPHONE equipment.
How can I check if the phone is connected correctly to the WIFI?
- Messages displayed in loop: "Locating Network Services" and then "Connection failed".
- Aerial and Signal Strength icon is switching from gray to green over and over.
- There are no entries in the "Status Messages" menu.
- The RcvBecons number keep growing in "Network Statistics".
- App Load ID CP7921G-MFG-D.7.LOADS
- WLAN Firmware ID 4.3.0.36
- DHCP Enabled in "Network information".
- The proper network profile is enabled.
- I see no DHCP leased client entry in my router for the Phone Mac Address...
I tried with different security settings OPEN, WEP and WPA, with different settings. My WIFI is a CISCO router (RV220W).
Thank you in advance.

Finally I could connect the 7921G using an old WRT54G Linksys router...
I wonder why the RV220W (from CISCO) did not work...
Searching through the forum I saw some issues regarding the WIFI connection. It's disappointing to see that the documentation don't even mention "Locating Network Services". I would expect to have a list of message and their meanings.
