I'm facing a weird issue with one of our Cisco 7925G IP phones at my company. Certain keys started to behave strangely. The speaker button (to switch between internal and external speaker) is now acting as the number 4 when pressed... Volume up has now become a 7 and volume down has become * (asterisks). I suspect some hardware issue but I wonder if anyone encountered such a thing before and found a solution for it.
