Solved: 7925G screen shots

Trying to go to http://phone-ip/CGI/Screenshot to pull a screenshot of one of my 7925Gs for documentation purposes.

I get the login, use the associated login, but only get a blank screen. I view the page source and it's blank too.

Any idea why?

Kinda bummed about this.

Using CUCM 8.5 and firmware CP7925G-1.3.4SR2.LOADS

I just tried this on the same firmware and it works fine on CUCM 7.1.5. However 8.5.1 did not work on my first try I got the same result as you. When you try and access /GCI/Screenshot do you see a host not found on the display of your phone? If so change the enterprise parameters for the authentication URL from a hostname to IP address for the non-secure URL and then reset the phone. Yours should now work as mine does.
