all,
In the last week or so my 7937 is doing a restart in the middle of a call. No sure why and no changes has been me.
up to now I change the interface:
switchport access vlan xx
switchport voice vlan xx
So I removed the switch access vlan xx....
now it happen again with a VP on a call.

Try a different switchport, change the connecting cable, and if the issue persists then you need to get a packet capture while reproducing the issue to actually see what is going wrong.
The 7937 firmware and cucm versions are also needed to check for any known issues.

Hi,
Check if there is any flap in the switch-port on the phone, keep the phone connected with a PC for a wireshark capture to track the issue. Here is the document to collect captures from the back of the phone ( with CUCM )
