7945G Phone..

Hi All

I am having new issue with my 7945G phone When a call is answered in the handset they still can hear the call on the headset, and it's same otherway around too. it's on all the Phone's.

(But the headset button is not active.)

I am having the same issue with a 7961GE phone as well. I am using a GN9350 headset. Have you found a solution? I tried to swap the phone with another, but problem still exists. I have another setup (same DN, model phone, headset) at my office in a different location, it works fine.
