I have Call Manager 7.1.5 and 7960 phones which will be set up as a community assets in common areas. I need to restrict use of the phones to a specifc group of authorized users. Active Directory and 802.1x are not available only local Call Manager authentication. Need help with any suggestions as to how to secure the phone for authozied users only. Thanks

Hi,
I believe you can do two things, following are two CUCM feature.
1) Either use Extension mobility and give username and password to specific authorized users.
2) You can use FAC and Client Matter Code feature.
