7961 cannot find corporate directory

Hello Guys, I have a 7961 phone that cannot find a corporate directory. when i click on corporate directory button, i see nothing.

i checked in the enterprise parameters settings. the directories URL is pointing to the good IP address.

when i check the phone status messages, i see NO TRUST LIST INSTALLED. could this be a possible cause ? if it is, what should i do to troubleshoot this ?

there are other 7961 phones on my network that are ok. so the problem is only with this phone.

Hello,

No Trust List Installed Occurs if the Trust List is not configured on the Cisco Unified  Communications Manager and the Cisco Unified Communications Manager does  not support security by default.
