7961 Unregistered

I'm having a strange issue with one of our small offices. The facility lost power over the weekend. Now I can not get the phones to register with CCM. The phones get an IP address and I can browse to them but the phone DN is blank. When I do a SH ephone, they all show unregistered. any idea?

Is this CCM or CME ? Sh ephone is a cme command (or srst) while you say in your post taht the phones does not register with CCM.

This is CCM 4.2.sr2. I issued the sh ephone from the router simply to check the status. I think I may also have an issue with our MPLS response time as I see TFTP timeouts as well
