7962 not seeing 7915 on CCM 5.1.3

Hi,

I have installed a new 7962G IP phone onto a CallManager running version 5.1.3.6102-1 software. The IP Phone version is 8-4-3, and the 7915 version is B015-1-0-3.

The 7962 comes up okay and works fine. We can make and receive calls. However, even though I have configured the phone with a 7915 12 button module on the config screen and reset the phone, the 7915 fails to come up and remains with all of the lights lit and the cisco logo showing.

Has anyone had this issue on 5.1.3??

Any help would be appreciated.

Try to upload the latest firmware for the 7915 and restart the TFTP service. For CUCM 5.1, the support for the 7915 was added in 5.1(3)b and higher.
