7962 went blank after hard reset.

Hello,

I did a hard reset on the phone with 349162850*# and now i am not able to flash it.  I am using a third party tftp server

and i am stuck with a loop "read request for file term62.default.loads.

I would appreciate it very much if someone can help me.

my guess is the boot-loader on the phone does not match the term62.default.loads version on the tftp server
