Hello,
I have a 7962G that doesn't want to boot. It powers on, then just sits there with nothing on the screen. I have many other phones working. I did the factory reset and then tried a hard reset. Later I did the boot with the handset off and still nothing. Any ideas on how to force an image onto this device?

Hi,
I believe it if trying to upgrade firmware from tftp server and is failing.
Tyr to upgrade the firmware locally via third party tftp server. Or may be raising TAC case for RMA.

Thanks for your help. After setting up a tftp server on my local machine I found that it was calling the wrong firmware. My server had 9.x on it while the phone wanted 8.x. So I'm all set now.
