7965 PC Port Not Working

the NIC on the PC jumps for a second to "identifying" and the stays on cable diconnected

is there a log of some sort on the phone so i can see what happening?

Not to my knowledge. Check the pins on the port to ensure they haven't been damaged; I've seen them mangled on more than one ocasion. If they look good ensure that PC Port has not been disabled on the phone's Device Configuration page within CUCM. If that also looks good I would check the switch (e.g. port-security limiting MAC addresses).

fisrt thing i checked were the pins

i also checked the PC port config

its not the switch port becuse i checked it on different switches
