8831 IP phone firmware upgrade on CUCM

Hi,

i downloaded the firmware( cmterm-8831-sip.9-3-3-5.cop.sgn)for cisco 8831 ip phone onto my desktop, and i am trying to upgrade on the CUCM but the firmware cant be located when i enter the location on the directory. please is there anything i am doing wrong?

Also, can i use filezilla to upload the file to the CUCM server. if so how do i proceed.

For this type of problem I always use freeFTPd software on my PC and then copy required files using SFTP...try that if you can.
