We had recently replaced an 8831 with a daisy chain unit for volume and dc speaker issues. After we had replaced the phone the 2nd speakers volume is not lowering when in a call but the main speakers. We had replaced the 2nd speaker and swapped main unit and 2nd speaker around and issue is still occurring. Is there a setting in the phone that has to be enabled to get volume control for the 2nd speaker to function?
Firmware on phone is sip8831.10-3-1SR7-2 and cucm version is 14.0.1.13900-155
