8841 "authorization required"

I have CUCM 10.5.2 and am trying to manually set TFTP addresses on a couple 8841 phones.  These are the only two 8841s on the cluster so far.  When I hit the Settings button, I get "Authorization Required" and it asks for a username, a password and a realm.  I've checked and Settings access is enabled on the Enterprise configuration, the Common Phone Profile, and the phone itself.  Any other suggestions?

That's what you get if the devices cannot reach out to a TFTP server, it's asking for the MRA credentials.

Thanks for responding Jaime.

The thing is that we're not using MRA, the phone is sitting in the same building as the TFTP servers and it's having no problem seeing changes made to it.  Because of the MRA angle you brought up, though, I did a little more research and found that if your phone has a device security profile with "TFTP Encrypted" checked it can mess up connectivity.  We are encrypting everything at our site, but after removing that secure device profile there was no change.

I've also upgraded the firmware.  Still no luck.
