I bought a couple 8845 phones to test with and I don't have service contracts on them yet and I'm having difficulty upgrading firmware. I'm running CUCM 11.5.1.10000-6. The 8845 currently has sip8845_65.10-3-2-16dev. I'm trying to upgrade to sip8845_65.12-1-1SR-4. The upgrade fails everytime. I have installed the device pack to call manager and the 8865's I've tested with upgrade just fine. I've even tried switching the active/inactive loads in "device defaults". I don't see any documentation showing upgrading 8845 firmware bugs or anything so I'm at a loss. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Quick question have you installed the upgrade file on all the nodes in the cluster and are the 8865 phones and 8845 phones are registering to the same node ? You might also want to restart the TFTP services on the nodes running TFTP

It is installed on all nodes and I have restarted both my tftp servers.

Check the Phone console logs, it will give us an Idea what's happening when it tries to upgrade.
