8865 MPP to Enterprise firmware conversion failure.

Hello All. 

Hope all is well during the holidays. 

Have a quick question. I am having no luck converting a single 8865 MMP phone firmware to Enterprise phone so that it can register onto the CUCM. 

We have bought the conversion license for the unit. 

I have uploaded the below requested firmware onto the TFTP server. 

• Migration License files

• Migration firmware files - https://software.cisco.com/download/specialrelease/ae2a99d6d5f3fde88cee2e1adcbd07d3

• On-premises phones firmware files - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286286015/type/282074288/release/12.8(1)SR1

Once I try to do the conversion I get this error on the phone.
