We have a Cisco IP Based Telephone system and are trying to interface the 8865 desk set to a radio dispatch console and in order to use the headset for both the telephone and the radio console, we need to get an off-hook indication from the phone to switch the radio audio in the radio console to an external speaker so the dispatch operator only hears telephone audio. Is there a way to get an off-hook indication from the Cisco IP Phone 8865?
