Hi there,
we just bought a couple of 8841 Phones and on a few of them picking up a call is not possible.
I see an incoming call on another line, I activate the line and the moment I press on pickup, the call gets disconnected and I hear the busy dialtone.
Using the same profile on a 79xx phone it works well.
It's not phone dependent, it's something with the device profile, because when another user logs in to the same phone, pickup works as expected.
We compared the profiles and could not find any significant differences.
Any ideas what could cause this?

it doesn't match exactly, as the transferred call is getting disconnected.
But I'll try the workaround and report back.

It indeed was the missing Directory URI.
Now it's working fine.
