hiiiiiiiii anybody can lead me to create a service option inside the application button in 8945 cisco ip phone ?

I have created an extension mobility, but couldn't access the service in 8945 phone, so again I have created an service url in line and logged to the phone. Now there is no option in phone to logout from the extension mobility.

You need to subscribe the EM service to the UDPs for logout to appear. As a temp workaround you can logout the user via CUCM admin page, just find the phone the user is logged onto and scroll down to Extension Mobility and you will see the logged in user which you can logout.

hello chris I found the logout option in device page of the phone. But the thing is that, whenever the user pressing application button in 8945 phone it have been not appearing the EM service option.

Anything need to configure in CUCM ? I am using a 9.1 version call manager in a lab setup.

Is the service subscribed on the phone?

yeah i have subscribed the service on both device and device profile. But the button is not coming in application button.

When you say "button" do you mean the service does not get listed as you expect it to?

If so this typically is caused by DNS issue if the service is pointing to hostnames/FQDNs that the phone cannot resolve.

yes i meant that the expected service. instead of configuring DNS i have changed the name to IP on  Service url in enterprise parameter.

OK, so is it still not showing up?

no, still it having problem. it is lab setup i want to check that any bug is going on with cucm 9.1

Can you post screen shot of the IP phone service?

hi have attached the screen shot of EM service here.

Hi.

Can you please post a screenshot of http://<ip phone ip address>/NetworkConfiguration?

Of course you should specify ip phone ip address in the above URL

Thanks

Regards

Carlo
