Is there a way to program 911 into an IP phone? Is this possible?

Program how?? if you want a speed dial to 911, you can certainly do that.

Also, CUCM? CME? version?

I have the 7945 and 7965. My call manager is one of the older software. Its
7.3 I think. Im trying to figure out how t set up speed dial.

PLAR should be another option also, just look documentation online for either option.
