Hi, I am trying to harden a Cisco 9841-DP MPP phone running Phone OS 3.4.1. In particular I need to prevent users from accessing the ‘Settings’ configuration menus.
I was looking for an XML reference guide that was accurate for the 9841-DP, but couldn’t locate one on the 9841 portal.
I have tried the following parameters in the XML configuration file, but as you can see from the DEBUG log, they are not accepted on the 9841.

Is there an XML reference guide for the 9841?
Is it possible to restrict access to the Settings menu?
