We recently got about 100 DP-9861 phones with the Cisco wall mounting kits. Once we mounted all the wall brackets to the walls around the building, upon installing the phones we discovered that about 70% of the phone brackets do not fit securely into the wall brackets. They will not even lock into place so they don't fall off the wall, never mind locking the phones to the mount using the attached key.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? After looking at the mounts, my guess would be the nubs on the phone part of the bracket were machined too short so they can't slide and lock into the wall part of the bracket. If anyone has any advice to get these brackets to work properly, I would greatly appreciate it.
