9971 display would be off after cisco logo

Dears

I have a 9971 phone

it was working fine suddenly it's not working as follows

when you connect the phone to a switch

after cisco welcome screen the display switchs off

is it a hardware damage or what

In addition to what Mr. Prasad has asked,can u share the Firmware version of the 9971 phones?

Do u have only one such problematic phone or many other?

Lastly,is the phone screen totally dead.
